Bug things

There is a very weird beetle invasion going on around the Bluff, or maybe just the area around my house. They all just flew in today, and are just hanging around in the trees. Does anyone know why they came to visit?

Beach is super busy, but no one is really surfing? Maybe its because the wind is already here. I always seem to go surf when the wind picks up. oooops. oh well. Going for a surf now.
